Frequently Asked Questions
An initial consultation is recommended whenever you have concerns about infertility or have been trying to conceive for longer than the typical period for natural conception (1 year, or 6 months if the female partner is over 35 years old). The consultation will help you assess your situation, identify potential reasons for unsuccessful attempts, and plan the next steps.
The €200 discount applies to IVF treatment and its associated laboratory methods, which are crucial for a fertilized egg to safely grow and develop into a healthy embryo. These methods include sperm selection, assessment of egg maturity, extended embryo culture, and support for implantation. Together with your doctor and embryologist, you will select the most suitable methods for your case, and you can apply the discount precisely where it will benefit you most.
IVF (in vitro fertilization, also known as ‘artificial fertilization’) is a method of assisted reproduction in which an egg is fertilized by sperm outside the woman’s body in a laboratory setting. After fertilization, the embryo is cultured and subsequently transferred to the uterus with the goal of successful implantation and pregnancy.
Success rates depend on the female partner’s age, the quality of eggs and sperm, overall health, and any genetic or hormonal factors. Advanced laboratory methods and a personalized approach can significantly increase these chances.
IVF is suitable for couples who are trying to conceive and have not achieved spontaneous pregnancy for various reasons. Even a healthy couple under 30 years old has only approximately a 20–25% chance of conception in a single cycle, and about 80–85% of couples achieve pregnancy within one year. If you have been trying to conceive for longer than a year, it is advisable to visit our center. Couples where the female partner is over 35 years old should contact a specialist after six months of unsuccessful attempts.
